Blessed to be designing a book jacket for songwriter Bill Tate. He has spent decades writing songs across many genres and in many influential places like Nashville and LA. Bill’s book, Songwriting Stories, The Inspiration Behind the Lyrics, will be available on Amazon soon.
A love affair with homemade pasta – this is my kind of project. The intimate Italian eatery, Cortona Italian Cafe in Park City, Utah has hired Cosmic Design to create their new website, slated to launch this spring. I’m getting hungry for their sell-out lasagna and crafted gelato that will transport me to Italy. Dinner reservation are highly recommended. Check back soon for the finished dish.
So thrilled for one of my favorite people, Stacy Dymalski! Her book “The Memoir Midwife: Nine Steps to Self-Publishing Your Book (Second Edition)” won the 2020 New York City Big Book Award in writing and publishing. Wrapping up the design year with the 2020 Discover Utah Kids Magazine winter issue. Every time I design this magazine it reminds me of how much beauty and exploration Utah has to offer. The 36 pages are chock full of content on Red Rock in the wintertime, Snow Safety Tips, Nordic Ski + Snowshoe Locales and so much more. Grab a copy and enjoy the outdoors!

Today brings forth feelings of gratitude, empathy and sheer joy. Thrilled to have been selected to design the book jacket for Dr. Scott Kellermann’s book, “The Healing Tree”. This impactful project is geared toward shedding light on the lives of the Batwa Pygmies of Uganda, Africa. I am honored to be on this journey with the Kellerman Foundation. Excited to have been selected by Salt Lake Behavioral Health to work on their new mental health campaign.
Developed their new look by blending people with nature creating a play on “transforming lives”. The brochure cover and insert fronts express the feelings of being overwhelmed and engulfed with the juxtapose of the brochure interior and backside of the inserts creating a release of peace, beauty and resilience.
In addition to the brochure and staggered inserts, Cosmic Design created a Senior Addiction trade show banner and rack card.
